At the night on 12 May 2005, the second training program in 2005 was held in the conference room at Shide University. It is a free training program provided by Seder for Shide’s financial staff. There were more than 60 people attending the training including leaders of financial departments, key accountants and accounting staff.

The training aimed at improving cooperation and responsibility. All financial staff have shown their passion through actively taking part in different activities of the training. The banner with the slogans “Success Comes from Beliefs and Attitude Determines Everything’ embodied the spirit of the training program. The program has made the financial staff realize the importance of cooperation and working responsibility. It is believed that Shide’s financial staff would try their best on their work.
