On Dec 28, the completion ceremony of Shide’s Luo He industrial base was held at Yan Cheng ’s Song Jiang industrial district. The new industrial base was located at the central part of China and had the capacity of producing 160,000 tones of PVC profiles. Many dignitaries had attended the great event. They were Henan Industrial and Commercial Bureau’s vice-director Zhang Xin-fang, Luo He’s mayor Qi Jin-li, officer of the Peoples’ Congress Lei Jian-min, chairman of the Municipal Executive Council Wang Jun-cai, the senior executive member of Luo He Huang Guo-ying, and chief of Yan Cheng district Yu Wei. Shide’s president Chen Chun-guo, the vice-president Xu Bin, the vice-president Wang De-hua, and general manager of Luo He Construction Materials Co. Ltd. Hu Xiu-lin had also attended the grand occasion. The completion ceremony was host by the vice-chairman Ruan Xin-guang.
Luo He’s mayor Qi Jin-li made an important speech. He said that Shide was one of the Top 500 enterprises in China. And the corporation had been adopting the policy of patriotically helping build a more prosperous China. Shide had become the biggest in her industry after just several years of rapid development. In order to expand further and get more market opportunities, Shide boldly set up the huge plant at Luo He. Shide’s long vision just followed the central government’s policies of scientific development and getting more foreign investments. The highly specialized production base could directly benefit Luo He, and indirectly 5 provinces. So Luo He government should whole-heartedly support Shide.
The district chief Yu Wei also made an intuitive speech. He was confident on the success of Luo He Industrial base. As the highly-efficient and practical Shide would have a strong impact on the growth of PVC construction materials markets in Central China.
Shide’s president Chen Chun-guo said that Shide would bring more social benefits to Luo He government and the people than their expectations. Shide would help build a better Luo He. And Shide would strive to achieve her sales target of getting a 3-year jump and five-year leap by expanding her sales networks and strengthening her management.
Shide’s Luo He industrial base comprises 224 acres, of which the new industrial buildings, warehouses and supporting facilities have the total area of 50 thousand sq. feet. Shide has bought 3 sets of cutting-edge German mixing systems, 61 advanced Austrian production lines. The RMB 1 billion chemical construction materials production base is the largest in Central China. |
