The sales for January was good, and the sales agents were heavily rewarded

On Feb 8, 2010, more than 300 sales agents gathered at Dalian to attend the 201 0 Shide’s sales agents conference. Various awards were presented to the successful sales agents during the big event. They were “the best engineering development award”, “the best network construction award”, “the best products promotion award”, “the best progression award”, “the best new talent award”, and “the best achievement award”.  
 
Under the financial crisis of 2009, Shide still got impressive growth and development because she had made various innovations and reforms which marked another important chapter in her development history. Shide’s sales had grown by 30%, her market share increased by 5%, and the number of sales agents was increased to 116, and their sales percentage increased from 69% to 79.5%. Through making the markets smaller, and improving the management structures, Shide’s sales for Jan of 2010 increased by 10 % despite the poor domestic and international environments.  
 
Being the largest producer of plastic products in the world, Shide held the 2nd  sales agents conference in China. Shide had demonstrated her great determination to overcome all the hardships, to strictly follow the municipal government’s policy of scientific development, to help develop the Northeastern and Liaoning coastal regions, to help fasten the pace of the industrialization and urbanization processes as well as the economic restructuring, to help develop the 3 big city centres and one large developed catchment area , to bring greater economic growth and its benefits, to improve the living standards of all the citizens, to make the society more stable and harmonious, and so. Many positive ideas, policies and measures were proposed and discussed during the conference so as to make Shide more capable to take the challenges of 2010. Shide is going to spend 1 to 2 years to better integrate her businesses and to make the corporation to be listed on the domestic and international stock markets. The targets for 2010 would be the sales increased by 25%, the profits by 10%, and the market share increased by 5%.  
 

The slogan of the conference “Good brand name creates value, and good sales tactics bring more opportunities”. Shide would become stronger and bigger by bringing more innovations, building better public image and relationships, and by making herself to be a renowned international public company.
