The functional combination of centralized control by the Group and self-auditing by major subsidiaries is the foundation of Shide's Financial Management.

Shide Group has realized the importance of financial management in the growth of the company and has therefore set up its own efficient and effective management system to meet the needs of the company on all fronts.

Financial Management System

The Financial Department of Shide Group is the headquarters of Shide Group's financial operation, from investment planning to capital operations. Under the Financial Department, Shide has set up a Financial Corporation to carry out routine financial management and audit management responsibilities, and provide the guidance to all Financial Centers of major subsidiaries that are primarily concerned with payables and receivables.
