procedures as determined by international standards, and has
introduced and successfully implemented the ISO quality
control system in its two main lines of products: chemical
building materials and Sidelong electrical water heaters.
In 1998, Shide profile
received the ISO9002 quality control system certification.
Currently, preparative work on the ISO9001: 2000 quality
control system certification and the ISO14001 environment
control system certification is under way. In Addition,
Sidelong electrical water heater has gained the Europe-America
UL certification and the CCEE Great Wall certification.
Within
its Quality Control System, Shide has designed two paralleled
and mutual interactive units: the Center for Quality Guarantee
and the Center for Customer Service. Shide Group maintains the
ISO9001 quality standard in its production of high quality
heaters through its excellent experimental equipment,
professional technical staff, advanced imported equipment,
advanced technology, faultless production, and ever-improving
