Structural Characteristics of Shide Profiles

1. Multiple chamber structure for Shide profiles, isolated water drainage chamber and reinforcement chamber, thus it makes the installation of reinforcement and matching of water hole independent, and increases the useful life of profiles.

2. Inside or outside position of the water hole is misplaced while processing and it can prevent the entering of cold wind and the remaining water can be drained smoothly even in the case of the strong wind-force.

3. Various coupling profile with good compatibility. Suitable for assembling and connection of ten series of Shide profiles and optional base on strength of anti wind force requirement and user's preference.

4. Shide profile has guidable and stable European style groove which facilitates the installation of hardware that is made according to European Unified Standard.

5. Fixed and strengthened by drilling through at least two-layer inner walls, the fixed screw improves the liability of use of hardware.

6. Two inside or outside special structures between frame and sash of turn window as well as sealing strips with special material improve watertight and air tight of windows & doors.

7. The depth of the groove for glass installation is more than 20mm and makes glass more stable after installation.

8. Shide profile and installed rubber strips are in the same surface, thus looking nice and improving the daylight property of doors & windows.

9. By replacing different types of glassbed, single glazing, double-glazing or three glazing with different thickness can be installed separately.

10. The use of glass bridge conveniences the glass installation and meantime it's good for water drainage and adjustment sinkage of doors & windows.

11. After the combination of special profile, for all series of Shide doors & windows, their glassbeds are located indoors side and easy for glass installation and replacement, meantime improving safety.

12. For the top of bottom joining parts of two sliding sashes, special bridge-shape structure was used for sealing.

13. For the surface joining parts of two sliding sashes, special double sealing is used.

14. The railing of sliding frame is mounted alumi-alloy structure and liner-contact way is used for reducing the friction force, thus sliding is easy and flexible and the railing cab be replaced according to the were condition

15. By replacing hardware (different price and structure), doors & windows can be locked from different positions and optional for users in different levels.
